Delivery and returns
Article 5. Use of services/delivery
If the product is in stock:
Delivery in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco: Delivery will be made by standard letter, tracked letter (3 to 5 working days) or Colissimo (4 to 7 working days).
Delivery is made by La Poste or Mondial Relay.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the weight.
The Customer is notified by email when their Order is ready for shipment.
Delivery to French overseas departments and territories and abroad: In the case of delivery outside the EU, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is on pre-order:
The Company commits to delivering the product(s) within a period not exceeding 3 to 4 weeks for pre-orders, starting from the order date. The Customer will be notified by email when their order is ready for shipment.
A delivery delay?
The company undertakes to notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible of the estimated delivery date.
The goods sold travel at the recipient's risk and peril, who will be responsible for verifying the conformity and number of shipments received and, if necessary, for initiating the procedures provided for by (articles 105 et seq. of the commercial code) against the carrier, particularly in the event of damage, substitution or shortage, and in particular sending a claim by LCR within three days of delivery, excluding public holidays.
The recipient waives all rights to take legal action against the company Lys au cœur.
Delivery address :
The product(s) ordered (are) delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing their Order under the conditions specified in article 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must ensure that the information provided is correct, and that it remains so until complete delivery of the product(s) ordered.
The Customer therefore undertakes to inform the company of any change of billing and/or delivery details which may occur between the Order and delivery, by sending, without delay, an email to the customer service email address.
Otherwise, in the event of a delay and/or delivery error, the Customer may not under any circumstances hold the company liable for non-delivery. You can track your parcel on the LAPOSTE or MONDIAL RELAIS website using the tracking number that Lys au cœur will provide.
The company will also not be held responsible if the non-receipt of Services and Products is due to the actions of a third party beyond its control or in the event of theft. In the event of a delay, a claim must be filed with the carrier; an investigation may take approximately twenty days. After this period, if no satisfactory response has been received from the shipping company, I will proceed with a new shipment.
If an order is returned due to the customer's absence at the address provided, or failure to collect the package from the collection point, the company's customer service will contact the customer and hold the package for 33 days. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer. After this period, the contents of the package will be resold or destroyed, depending on the personalization.
The Customer can track the delivery of their Order by contacting customer service, the number of which is listed in article 6.2 of these Terms and Conditions.
